Indiana Furniture Named #1 in Customer Service
JASPER, IN – Indiana Furniture has been named number one in Customer Service for 2008 by Office Furniture USA. Office Furniture USA hosted its annual dealer meeting in Birmingham on Nov. 17 and 18. During the awards portion of the program, Indiana Furniture was named “#1 in Customer Service” for the OF USA Program in 2008. This award is based on a survey of 134 OF USA dealers.

“We are proud of the recognition and must give credit to our entire customer service group” said Mike Blessinger, vice president of sales & marketing for Indiana Furniture. “We also need to acknowledge the dedication to our customers by our manufacturing, accounting and engineering teams who always go above and beyond, which allows us to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction. A great team dedicated to our customers through unsurpassed on-time delivery, quick lead times and listening to the needs of the market we serve has become our culture. This recognition is proof it is working.”

Additionally, Indiana Furniture’s Rep group for the Southeast, OED Marketing, based in Atlanta, GA, won the award for “Best Rep Group” as determined by the OF USA dealer survey.

“The fact that these awards were determined by the individual dealerships means a lot to us,” said John Bieker, vice president of sales administration. “We are very proud of our accomplishments and look forward to continued success as we head into 2009.”
