Hoquiam Plywood mill reopens

HOQUIAM, WA – Seventy-two people recently returned to work at the Hoquiam Plywood mill, according to King 5 News.


The plant had closed Dec. 5, 2008, resulting in the layoff of 103 employees. Most of the plywood made at the plant is used in home construction.
