OTAHUHU, NEW ZEALAND — Hills Flooring, the largest independently owned flooring business in New Zealand, with $30 million in revenue, has announced they will merge with the Flooring Brands group, controlled by Aukland entrepreneur Rodney Martin, according to the New Zealand Herald. With this addition, the Flooring Brands group exceeds $200 million in revenue and controls one third of New Zealand’s retail flooring industry.
