ZEELAND, MI – Herman Miller Inc. announced it has negotiated an alliance agreement with POSH Office Systems (Hong Kong) Ltd. With a design office in Hong Kong, and ISO 9001/14001 accredited manufacturing facilities in China, POSH designs and produces seating, systems furniture and storage solutions for business and home environments.

The agreement will become effective October 1, and provide Herman Miller and POSH access to each other's product portfolio and distribution network. It is an opportunity for each company to broaden its product offering and services to a growing international market.
