SILCHESTER, UNITED KINGDOM -- Zapkut Ltd., a manufacturer of a portable vertical panel saw, has named Hendrick Manufacturing as its North American representative.

Hendrick of Salem, MA, will represent the Zapkut saw throughout the United States, Canada and Mexico.

The saw, which was displayed at the 2010 International Woodworking Fair in Atlanta, features 'T-slotted' extruded aluminium rods. Zapkut said the saw can be deployed or stowed in seconds by a single operator, and can be transported in the back of a small van or even a family estate car.
