NEUMARKT, GERMANY – Pfleiderer AG has announced that Wolfgang Haupt will vacate his seat on the Supervisory Board effective March 1, 2011, for personal reasons.
Haupt has been a member of Pfleiderer's Supervisory Board since Jan. 1, 2005. He was chair of the Audit Committee and also belonged to the Nomination Committee of the Supervisory Board. Pfleiderer AG said it will be applying for a judicial appointment to fill the vacancy.
Pfleiderer is an international manufacturer of engineered wood, laminate flooring and surface finished products. It's holdings include Uniboard, a Canadian manufacturer of composite panels, and Pergo laminate flooring.
