RESTON, VA — John Grunwald, formerly of the Danzer Group, died Monday, April 13, according to the Hardwood Plywood and Veneer Assn. (HPVA). Grunwald was killed in an automobile accident near Nashville, IN.
 
Grunwald retired from the Danzer Group in 2008, after 50 years of service to the hardwood industry. He was awarded Lifetime Honorary Membership last year in conjunction with a retirement reception at the HPVA fall meeting.
