DUBUQUE, IA – Flexsteel Industries reported net sales for its third quarter ended March 31 at $73. 6 million, a decrease of 25% compared to the same period in the prior year. Declining sales helped translate into a $1.9 million loss for the quarter.

For the first nine months of the company’s fiscal year, sales totaled $173.7 million, a decrease of 9.1% from the prior year.
