BROOKS COUNTY, GA -- A Sept. 22 explosion and fire of a dryer at Langboard's oriented strand board (OSB) mill temporarily halted operations.

No injuries were reported.

According to WALB, fire investigators were trying to determine what caused the explosion and fire. The plant was closed for clean up and equipment repairs, including to the dryer and conveyor belts.
