Fire destroys Alabama plywood mill
HARTSELLE, AL - A fire at Hartselle Plywood and Lumber early Saturday morning destroyed the company’s manufacturing and office section and damaged a storage building.

According to the Decatur Daily, 12 Hartselle firefighters battled the blaze for more than eight hours. The cause of the fire is under investigation.

The company makes plywood and laminate for the construction of mobile homes.
