SIMPSONVILLE SC - Executive Cabinetry, LLC has been launched by private equity firm Gridiron Capital. New Canaan, CT-based Gridiron says it acquired launched the Simpsonville, SC cabinetry firm after buying assets of Executive Kitchens, a 15-year-old kitchen cabinetry manufacturer in Simpsonville, where it operated from a 300,000 square foot plant.
David A. Romeo will serve as CEO of Executive Cabinetry.
âExecutive Cabinetry will lead the industry with innovative products and styles," says Romeo. "We believe the company is perfectly positioned to launch innovative new programs."
Like Executive Kitchens before it, Executive Cabinetry will manufacture custom and semi-custom kitchen, bath and specialty furniture sold through independent dealer in the United States, including Executive Kitchens, EcoFriendly Cabinets, Sterling Designs, Bellini Collection and the Old World Collection. The cabinetry lines will use popular wood species in a variety of waterborne, eco-friendly stained and painted finishes, says Executive Cabinetry.
