RED OAK, IA — Echo Windows LLC, a  window manufacturing company, is closing Feb. 23, according to the Omaha World-Herald. In a press release sent Sunday, the Chicago family that bought the plant last year cited the economy and labor strife in Chicago as reasons for shuttering the facility and eliminating 100 jobs.
