ORANGE, CA — Drawer Box Specialties (DBS), a manufacturer of custom drawer boxes, announced the opening of a new facility in Grand Prairie, TX, located in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area. The 50,000-square-foot manufacturing and distribution center will serve the DBS customer base located in Midwest and Eastern states.

“Establishing a second facility in these economic times makes the most strategic sense for our company,” said President Cathy Blankenship. “We can position DBS to better serve our customers and prepare for the economic turnaround that will take place. Expansion east from California will put DBS in a better position to provide materials and components to our Eastern United States customers. Shipping time, and shipping costs, can be cut by up to 50% from this location.”
