TOWSON, MD – DeWalt announced Stan Foster of Paxton, IL, as the overall winner of its Top 17 Finish Carpenters competition.

Foster, owner of Stan’s Stair Shop, received the most online votes for his dual stairway project .and was named the overall winner of the Top 17 contest.  Each section of the stairway turns 90 degrees and has curved handrails that connect the two stairways as they begin at the basement and extend to the second level of the building.

Foster received more than $4,000 in DeWalt tools, accessories and other prizes. His wining project can be viewed at www.dewalt.com/Top17.
