GREENSBORO, NC – Delmac Machinery Group will hold a Profit Solution Seminar at its Greensboro facility Nov. 6-7. The seminar will focus on lean flow manufacturing and the impact of changing to dowel construction for casework versus traditional methods of assembly, including screws, dados and/or staples. The company will demonstrate rapid case construction utilizing nesting, banding, boring and doweling, and clamping for case assembly. Delmac will also show how the build time of an average cabinet can be compressed to one minute or less by employing the latest in machinery technology.

Delmac will simulate a lean flow layout to demonstrate production flow and the impact of machinery placement on production efficiency.

Additionally, the company will have Addison Maille, of accounting and consulting firm Smith Leonard PLLC, discuss tax stimulus legislation and the available provisions for investment in capital in 2008.
