GREENSBORO, NC – Delmac built more than 50 bookcases at the IWF show and donated them to the Atlanta Habitat for Humanity Restore. The Habitat Restores will sell the bookcases and use the proceeds to build affordable housing for the community.

“At IWF, machinery exhibitors must run their machinery for customer demonstrations. The amount of material wasted is staggering,” said John Park, Delmac’s general manager. “Our focus this year was to find a product that could demonstrate our machinery and also be of use to the community when finished instead of being thrown away. We currently donate cabinets manufactured in our showroom to the Greensboro Habitat for Humanity and decided to do the same thing with the Atlanta Habitat for Humanity.”
