OAKVILLE, ON -- U.S. consumers will spend approximately $82 billion on furniture and bedding this year, an increase of 4%, according the AKTRIN Furniture Information Center. Creation of new jobs and personal income growth are seen by AKTRIN as major contributors to this increase.
