SCOTTSDALE, AZ — The Composite Panel Assn., at its recent spring meeting, discussed some of the challenges facing the industry, as well as some of the achievements the CPA has made in directing legislation and initiatives that directly affect panel producers, suppliers and manufacturers, including the Biomass Crop Assistance Program (BCAP), and formaldehyde legislation.
