Children's wood puzzles recalled

  • WASHINGTON -- Kid O Products LLC of Perth Amboy, NJ has issued a voluntary recall for approximately 1,400 wooden fruit puzzles.

While no injuries or incident have been reported, the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission said the knobs attached to the puzzle fruits can come loose, posing a choking hazard to young children.

The puzzles were made in China and sold at specialty children's stores nationwide from November 2010 through February 2011.

Consumers are urged to immediately return the puzzles to the store where they purchased them for a full refund.
