NORTHBROOK, IL – Chemco Manufacturing Co. Inc. has acquired All Spunbond Co.
The purchase of All Spunbond was completed Feb. 1. All Spunbond of Plainfield, IL, supplies industrial filtration products to distributors and OEMs.
In its announcement, Chemco said, “During this economic downturn, (we have) decided to strengthen our offerings with new product lines. “The combined strength of both these companies will support the expected growth in the dust and powder coating markets.”
Chemco President Jim Kariagianis said, "The acquisition of All Spunbond strengthens Chemco's Filtration Engineering Department and gives Chemco the ability to design custom filtration products for an even wider range of customers."
Chemco Manufacturing has supplied the finishing, HVAC, dust collection, and powder coating marketplace with filtration and maintenance products for more than 45 years.
