WASHINGTON – Calligaris USA Inc. of High Point, NC, has issued a recall for approximately 400 bar stools, according to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission.

The ICE bar stools, manufactured in Italy, have been the subject of five reports of seats detaching. No injuries were reported.

The stools sold through furniture stores nationwide from November 2005 through September 2006. Consumers are urged to return the chairs to the store where purchased for an exchange or full refund.
