RESTON, VA — According to participating members in the Kitchen Cabinet Manufacturers Assn. monthly Trend of Business Survey, cabinet sales for November 2007 decreased 8.7% compared to November 2006. Stock cabinet sales decreased 14.2%; semi-custom sales decreased 1.9% and custom sales decreased 8.8%. 

The year-to-date sales show a decrease of 12.2%, with stock sales down 19.5%; semi-custom sales down 4.7% and custom sales down 4.9%.

Survey participants include stock, semi-custom and custom companies whose combined sales represent over 50% of the U.S. cabinet market.
