WASHINGTON -- Brunswick Bowling & Billiards Corp. of Lake Forest, IL, has issued a voluntary safety recall of approximately 750 Votaire Swivel Chairs.

According to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, the chair frame can separate from the seating section of the chair, posing a fall hazard to consumers. Brunswick has received one report of frame separation. No injuries have been reported.

The chairs, made in the United States, were sold by Brunswick distributors to bowling centers nationwide from May 2008 through December 2008 for about $200.
