CHARLOTTE, NC – Biesse America,  the North American branch of Italian panel processing equipment manufacturer Biesse SpA,announced it will exhibit at the 2010 International Woodworking Machinery & Furniture Supply Fair-USA, Aug. 25-28, in Atlanta.

Biesse, which cancelled its participation at the AWFS Fair held in Las Vegas in July, will “be attending the IWF show in Atlanta,” according to an e-mail authored by Federico Brocoli, president and CEO, that was sent to Biesse customers. “We believe this is to be an important event to attend though we ultimately remain focused on utilizing our marketing budget for more customer-oriented efforts such as One2One (open houses) and NexGen,” Broccoli said.

Biesse is working with Stiles Machinery to produce a second NexGen event in February 2010. Biesse and Stiles are looking to expand the event to include other equipment suppliers with showrooms in North Carolina.

Stiles, which also pulled out of the AWFS Fair, had previously committed to exhibiting at IWF.
