CHARLOTTE, NC —Biesse S.p.A., a Pesaro, Italy-based provider of high-tech woodworking, stone and glass systems, released their first quarter 2007 financial statement, showing the company in solid financial position. Strong growth was reflected in consolidated revues, which grew 26.2% to $132.06 million. Added value increased by 23.8% to $54.34 million, or 41.1% of net revenue. Profit margins and net profit both showed large positive gains, and the net financial position of the company improved by $12,69 million from in the fourth quarter of 2006, and $51.54 million from a year ago.
