 Barefoot Pellet plant sustains $100,000 in fire damage                                                      SELINSGROVE, PA -- Barefoot Pellet Co. experienced approximately $100,000 in fire damage shortly after midnight Friday, July 22.

The wood pellet plant is located on a compound shared with Keystone Building Products. 

Some 75 fire fighters  combatted the blaze, which according to The Daily Item originated in a conveyor system that transports sawdust from a nearby trailer to the area where wood pellets and briquettes used in wood burning stoves.
