CHARLOTTE, NC -- The 7th Annual Closets & Home Organization Conference & Expo, featuring the 2011 Custom Cabinet Conference, has received a boost from several prominent industry associations.
The local chapters of the Architectural Woodwork Institute and the National Association of the Remodeling Industry, plus the Wood Component Manufacturers Association, have each agreed to support the event through promotions to its membership and taking an exhibit booth at the expo. Members of these groups qualify for discounted Closets/Cabinet Conference registration fees.
Support from these three associations comes in addition to the sponsorships of the Closets Conference and Custom Cabinet Conference by the Association of Closet and Storage Professionals and Cabinet Makers Association respectively.
Established in 1969, the Carolinas' Chapter of the Architectural Woodwork Institute consists of manufacturing and associate members in the commercial and institutional casework/millwork industry from North and South Carolina.
The National Association of the Remodeling Industry of Greater Charlotte brings together local professionals who work in and with the remodeling industry. NARI strives to create an exceptional experience for the remodeling consumer. The organization educates, trains and offers programs to the region’s remodeling members.
The Wood Component Manufacturers Association (WCMA) was founded in 1929 and today represents wood component producers throughout the United States and Canada. The WCMA developed and continues to update the "Rules & Specifications for Dimension & Woodwork."
