CLARION. PA — The largest and most technologically advanced laminate flooring manufacturing facility in North America is now over 70 percent complete and will soon be completely under roof. The facility is a $50 Million joint venture between ATC Panels and Tarkett, and is expected to be operational by August. The new plant centers on a 300,000-square-foot production facility featuring two high-output production lines with a total capacity of 240 million square feet. An extensive hiring process is currently underway to fill the estimated 80 new jobs that will be created by the plant.
