KEYSVILLE, VA – Appomattox River Mfg., a manufacturer of furniture and cabinet components, has acquired East Coast Plywood of Rocky Mount, NC. ECP was founded in 1986 and specializes in plywood drawer bottoms for the furniture and cabinet industries. The transaction, which is expected to be completed by Sept. 1, will increase Appomattox’s sales volume by about 25%.
