American Woodmark Cuts Profit and Sales Targets

NEW YORK — CNNMoney.com reports that kitchen cabinet and vanities maker, American Woodmark Corp., cut its fill-year profit and sales targets. The company now expects profit between $0.70 and $0.90 per share in the year ending April 30, 2008, down from the earlier estimates of  $1.40 to $1.70 per share. Sales are expected to decline by 14% to 18%. The company expects to break even in the 3 quarter of 2007 and make a modest profit in the 4th quarter.
