VANCOUVER – Ainsworth Lumber Co. announced it has permanently shut down oriented strand board production facilities in Bernidji and Cook, MN.

The action affects about 260 workers.

Ainsworth closed its Grand Rapids, MI, plant in August. The company reportedly continues to operate three mills in Canada at full capacity.Read more.
