HIGH POINT, NC – The American Home Furnishings Alliance presented its 2007 Leadership Awards for environmental and safety professionals during a November environmental conference.

Joe Riddle, facilities/energy engineer and environmental manager for Bernhardt Furniture, received the Environmental Leadership Award. Bernhardt Furniture also received the AHFA Environmental Excellence Award for corporate environmental performance.

Donna Musik, environmental coordinator for Hickory Chair, received the Wayne Bumgardner Leadership Award for corporate safety.

In addition, AHFA member companies recognized Brown and Caldwell, Integrita Group and Stratus Environmental  with 2007 AFHA Supplier Awards.
