MINNEAPOLIS - The Wood Component Manufacturers Association’s Fall Conference & Plant Tour Event will take place Sept. 15-17 in Canton, OH. The deadline to register is Aug. 19.

The WCMA's event includes tours to eight area plants, providing attendees an opportunity to view new and innovative woodworking technology and learn alternative manufacturing methods. The planned tours include: Gerber Wood Products, Keim Lumber Co., Miller Wood Designs, Walnut Creek Planing, Yoder Lumber Co. Inc., Hiland Wood Products, Hochstetler Wood Ltd. and Eagle Machinery & Supply Inc.

A Wood Technology Expo & Reception will be held Sunday and Monday evenings, offering additional networking opportunities. More than 140 wood industry representatives took part in last year’s event.
