%Weyerhaeuser Appoints New Vice PresidentsFEDERAL WAY, WA - Weyerhaeuser Co. has appointed Devin Stockfish as senior vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary, effective July.  He succeeds Sandy McDade, who is retiring.

The lumber and building products giant announced additional leadership changes. Kristen Sawin has been named vice president, Government Relations, Environment, Health and Safety, and will report to Stockfish. She replaces Sara Kendall, vice president, Corporate Affairs and Sustainability, who retires May 2. In addition, Denise Merle's role will expand to senior vice president, Human Resources and Investor Relations, succeeding Kathy McAuley who retires in August.

Weyerhaeuser (NYSE: WY) also named Beth Baum as director, Investor Relations, effective immediately. Patty Bedient, executive vice president and chief financial officer, continues to have overall accountability for investor relations.
