LAVAL, QC, CANADA — Uniboard, a manufacturer of engineered wood products, announced the launch of its new integrated social media campaign, which will cover design trends and corporate and industry events via its Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and YouTube accounts.

The first phase of the new social media campaign starts with Product Manager Susan Doherty’s first-hand account of her trip to Milan, Italy, covering Salone Internazionale del Mobile (Milan Furniture Fair), April 17-20. It is the world’s largest trade show highlighting the latest in lighting, home furnishings and décor.

"I expect to see some pretty amazing things," Doherty said in a statement. "It's going to be great, giving our audience a real-time taste of the best in global products and design." ‘

Photos from Doherty’s first day are posted on Uniboard’s Facebook account, showcasing scenes from the fair: high gloss finishes, thin substrates used in casework, subdued kitchen color schemes, crocodile patterned stonework and 3-D MDF.
