Sauder Woodworking Receives Tax Credit for Job CreationARCHBOLD, OH -- Sauder Woodworking plans to expand its Archbold, OH, facility with the aid of a recently approved 60 percent, 7-year job creation tax credit from the Ohio Tax Credit Authority.

The company will invest approximately $4.8 million in new payroll expenses, which will result in 150 new, full-time jobs. This is part of Sauder's expanded 5-year contract with IKEA that also includes an equipment investment of more than $13 million.

Sauder's Archbold, OH plant, which already produces IKEA kitchen cabinets, will now produce four additional furniture lines for IKEA.

IKEA US said it awarded Sauder Woodworking 5-year contract that will create at least 150 new jobs and involve an equipment investment of over $13 million by Sauder.

Sauder Woodworking manufactures and sells RTA furniture and also has additional product lines through its WoodTrac division for ceiling systems and closet organization systems.
