ARCHBOLD, OH -- Sauder Woodworking plans to expand its Archbold, OH, facility with the aid of a recently approved 60 percent, 7-year job creation tax credit from the Ohio Tax Credit Authority.
The company will invest approximately $4.8 million in new payroll expenses, which will result in 150 new, full-time jobs. This is part of Sauder's expanded 5-year contract with IKEA that also includes an equipment investment of more than $13 million.
Sauder's Archbold, OH plant, which already produces IKEA kitchen cabinets, will now produce four additional furniture lines for IKEA.
