DENVER - ProBuild Holdings Inc., a professional building materials supplier including cabinets, millwork and doors, named Robert Marchbank as its CEO.

Marchbank succeeds interim CEO Fred Marino, who will continue to serve as vice chairman of ProBuild's Board of Directors.

Marchbank has 28 years of management experience in the building supplies industry, most recently working for Wolseley plc, one of the world's largest trade distributors of plumbing and heating products and supplier of building materials.
