Pakistani furniture designers will take part in the first-ever Lifestyle Pakistan exhibition, April 12-15 in New Delhi, India, according to the Daily Times.
Another sign of warming relations (the leaders of both countries recently met in New Delhi), this four-day event follows the "Made in India" exhibit held earlier this year in Lahore, Pakistan. According to published reports, the show expects to attract approximately 30,000 visitors daily.
A collaboration between the Indian Commerce Ministry and Trade Development Authority of Pakistan, this event is designed to promote trade and open up the Indian consumer market and business community to the home furnishings and fashion and textile products featured from more than 100 of Pakistan's top companies.
