CHICAGO — Nucraft won Best of Competition and Steelcase, Gunlocke, Haworth and Herman Miller were also among multiple winners named at the 2012 Best of NeoCon awards. The awards program is sponsored by Contract magazine.

Nucraft’s Passport conference room furniture includes adjustable conference tables and activity walls that transform offices and meeting rooms into multi-use areas for individual or collaborative work activities.  Passport also was awarded Gold in the Conference Room Furniture category.

Nucraft also won a Silver in the same category for its Reveal product line, and a Gold in the Occasional Table category for Emme.

Another multiple winner, the Steelcase family won five Best of NeoCon awards, with recognition given to Steelcase for Verb, Coalesse for its Free Stand table and Designtex for its Techniques collection.

Gunlocke took top honors in the Case Goods category and Silver in the Furniture Systems category for its Silea Open Office Casegoods.

Haworth was also honored with Golds in the Seating category for Lively and workware in the Technology Support category, plus Silver in the Office Accessories for Belong.

Herman Miller got the Gold in the Lighting/Task for its Luxo 360, while its Setu Conference Stool received a Silver for Seating. The company also earned an Innovation award for the Eames Aluminum Group Outdoor line. The company’s healthcare division, Nemschoff, also won Silver for its Steps seating.
