NAP Gladu Completes Acquisition of BC Saw

JASPER, IN – NAP Gladu has acquired BC Saw, a seller and service provider of industrial tooling based in Toronto, ON.

NAP Gladu Completes Acquisition of BC SawCompletion of the purchase was announced by Quintec, the tooling platform company owned by Tenex Capital Management. NAP Gladu is a subsidiary of Quintec, a holding company that Tenex formed in January when it purchased Techniks and merged it with NAP Gladu.

BC Saw was founded in 1966 and sells and services carbide saws, router bits, insert tooling, diamond tooling, metal saw blades and custom tooling. NAP Gladu's nearby service center in Mississauga will be merged with BC Saw's Toronto operation.

Doug Reid, co-owner of BC Saw, said, “BC Saw has developed a very strong core business in the Ontario market that will benefit from greater product offering, advanced custom tool design capabilities and investment support provided by NAP Gladu.”
