KBIS 2014 Attendance Rose 145% in Las VegasLAS VEGAS - The 2014  Kitchen and Bath Industry Show grew nearly 145% following dismal attendance in new Orleans last year. Event planners say the 2015 edition, now part of Design & Construction Week, will be even bigger. More than 31,000 visitors walked the KBIS at the Las Vegas Convention Center, Feb. 4-6.

“The energy on and off the show floor far exceeded our expectations,” said John Petrie, NKBA 2014 president. The National Kitchen & Bath Association and National Association of Home Builders co-located KBIS with the International Builders’ Show. A third smaller show, the International Window Coverings Expo, was also held, all three under the banner of Design and Construction Week.

KBIS gathered 500 exhibitors, 135 of them new exhibitors. Industry leaders Masco Cabinets, Yorktowne, and MasterBrand Cabinets returned after two years away from KBIS.

KBIS 2015 will take place January 20-22, 2015, in the Las Vegas Convention Center, co-locating again with IBS and VISION 2015 under the banner of Design and Construction Week. Show producers have already secured additional exhibit space for KBIS 2015, and the show will not encompass the North and South Halls at the Las Vegas Convention Center.
