JASPER, IN —Kimball Office named Rhonda Hammack director of government sales. The company is a brand unit of Kimball International Inc., (NASDAQ: KBALB), the $1.1 billion business furniture maker headquartered in Jasper, IN.
With nearly 20 years of experience at Kimball Office, Hammack will be responsible for driving the government vertical market strategy and leading Kimball Office’s government sales team. Hammack will maintain her leadership role for the Southeast team as region manager. She reports to Allen Parker, president of marketing and sales for Kimball Office.
Karl Schrumpf will now serve as the government sales manager based in Washington DC. Schrumpf joined Kimball Office in 2000 and has focused on the government sector for the past six years.
“In making these strategic transitions, Kimball Office will be able to better leverage Schrumpf’s sales acumen in the top government office while fully utilizing the power of Hammack’s knowledge leadership skills,” says Parker.
