Chicago, IL – Harden Contract, a manufacturer of high-quality solid hardwood office furniture known for fine detailing and rich, hand-rubbed finishes, has collaborated with designer Greg Saul of Tolleson Saul Design to develop a lightly scaled wood chair inspired by mid-century modern decor.

The chair appeared in the Harden Showroom at NeoCon 2014, showcasing handcrafted cherry arm frames and lower support rails designed to specifically withstand commercial use.

This year, the company is celebrating 170 years in business. The company announces a commitment to craftsmanship and sustainability as it moves forward with (SFI) forest certification and a Silver Exemplary Membership in the Sustainable Furniture Council® (SFC).

Harden is certified to the Sustainable Forestry Initiative® (SFI) forest certification 
standard, and is a Silver Exemplary Member in the Sustainable Furniture Council® (SFC), earning a
