H.B. Fuller CEO Joins Donaldson Board

MINNEAPOLIS - Donaldson Company Inc. (NYSE:DCI), a manufacturer of dust collection and other air filtration devices, has added James Owens, president and CEO of H.B. Fuller, to its board of directors.

H.B. Fuller CEO Joins Donaldson BoardOwens, 48, has held the senior management position of St. Paul, MN-based H.B. Fuller since 2010. H.B. Fuller is a $1.9 billion provider of adhesives, sealants and other specialty chemicals, including those used by the woodworking and construction industries.

Owens' appointment increases the Donaldson board of directors to 10 members.

"Jim's extensive expertise at profitably growing and managing businesses in both the Americas and internationally will provide us with valuable counsel and perspective to help us achieve our strategic growth plans at Donaldson."
