HARTFORD, CT - Express Kitchens cabinet and countertop manufacturer expanded its Kunal Kitchens wholesale cabinetry and countertop division through the Northeast.

The 70-employee Express Kitchens, flounded in 2002, has seven locations across Connecticut and West Springfield, MA, and manufacturing facilities in Hartford, CT and Wallingford, CT. It sells its own line “Star Cabinets,” along Aristokraft, Armstrong, Homecrest, and Europa, providing 3D design services , customization features and accessories.

Its Kunal Kitchens wholesale cabinets division is now serving the entire mid-Atlantic and northeast regions of the United States, reports Max Kothari, president and founder. He says Express Kitchens is  the fastest growing cabinetry business in its region. 

 “The rapid expansion of our wholesale division Kunal Kitchens in just a few years from serving the Connecticut region to now include the mid-Atlantic and Northeast states has resulted with a 40% increase in our workforce,” says Kothari.

Express Kitchens recently expanded its granite counter-top manufacturing facility in Wallingford CT with Italian computerized stone cutting machinery and technology.

“Express Kitchens has been a leader in providing all-wood cabinets to the market place," says Kothari. "Now with our new counter-top manufacturing facility we are able to provide a higher level of precision and quality to the market place.”
