Custom Cupboards Company President Mael Hernandez has been promoted to CEO/President, effective immediately. He will be responsible for the company's day to day activities as well as its long-term strategic plans. He succeeds Custom Cupboards co-founder Ron Henry as CEO, who will maintain a leadership role within the company.

Henry strongly supports placing Hernandez at the helm, saying he has "established himself to be a tremendous asset to the company and a proven leader". Initially drawn by what he saw as Custom Cupboards' great potential, Hernandez said that the company has "come a long way in a short period of time", but he knows there is still room for growth. "This new role will allow me to build on our success and increase the value we provide our dealing partners", he says.

Before his work with Custom Cupboards, Hernandez was an entrepreneur and marketing executive, leading three previous businesses.
