LAS VEGAS -- Genesis Gaming Solutions, Inc., a maker of gaming tables and casino furnishings, and Ameranth, Inc. reached a settlement in two patent infringement lawsuits pending in U.S. Federal Court in the Central District of California.

The lawsuits involve Ameranth's U.S. Patent Nos. 7,431,650; 7,878,909 and 8,393,969 and Genesis' BRAVO product line. The terms of the lawsuit remain confidential. Ameranth and Genesis have each agreed to dismiss their respective claims in the two lawsuits. In addition, Ameranth has granted Genesis and its casino customers a long term license and covenant to not sue under the three patents and all pending patent applications for all current and future BRAVO products.

“We are very pleased to have resolved our long dispute with Ameranth,” said Randy Knust, president of Genesis. “By removing the uncertainty of legal reviews and prolonged court actions, it allows us to focus on growing our business and expanding our product line.”
