"With all the bad weather North Carolina has had has affected our opening date but I am still hoping for mid March or early April," says Barry Schaefer, president. Automated Routing already operates four plants, the most recent before the High Point operation was opened in Tell City, IN in 2009. It produces bent plywood and solid wood components. A 41,000 square foot plant was opened in 2008.

Growing rapidly over the years, 100-employee Automated Routing has purchased CNC  equipment as well as building dedicated machinery in-house to keep up with the demand.
