CHARLOTTE, NC – Biesse America recently celebrated its 25^th year in business. The company opened in Charlotte, NC in 1989 as the showroom and service hub for Biesse S.p.A., a manufacturer of industrial machinery for wood, plastics and non-ferrous metals.

Federico Broccoli, president and CEO of Biesse America and Biesse Canada, says the company will continue to invest in the North American market in the future.  

“Over the past year, we have made large investments to guarantee our customers receive the best service available in our industry by expanding our staff and implementing a new cloud based CRM system to guarantee our customers receive the best response time possible to new machine orders, parts orders and service requests,” said Broccoli. “In addition, we are also beginning a large expansion project to our Charlotte facility where we will be increasing office, warehouse and showroom space, allowing us to add more machinery for demonstration and training purposes.”
