GREENSBORO, NC – ATI Decorative Laminates appointed a new vice president of operations and a new marketing director.

ATI selected Charles Walker to be vice president of operations in which he is responsible for the company’s profitability, processes and management methods. He also oversees ATI’s information technology and quality department.

Walker joined ATI in 2004 as IT manager. During his tenure, Walker expanded his role to head the quality department, where he led the company’s ISO 9001 certification efforts. By 2008, he also was in charge of the human resources department.

In addition, Crystal Henson joined ATI as corporate marketing director, responsible for advertising, public relations, marketing communications, trade shows and social media. Henson has spent the last 16 years in corporate and nonprofit marketing and publication roles, including most recently as the marketing and publicity director for Kids Exclusive, Century City, CA.
